At Nederland, we take pride in the quality of our gourmet food products; however, due to the perishable nature of our items, we only accept returns for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim for a refund or replacement.

Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the product itself immediately upon arrival to provide as evidence for your claim.

Email our support team with your order number and the attached photos to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Secure Packaging

If requested, place the unopened or defective item back into its original shipping box to ensure it is protected during the return transit.

Receive Refund or Replacement

Once your claim is validated, we will process a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a fresh replacement at no extra cost.
